Coccia Vincenzo S.r.l. and the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA) have officially signed an international cooperation agreement dedicated to training, knowledge exchange, and innovation in the construction sector.

This Report is dedicated, for the seventh consecutive year, to a specific segment of the construction market: private building construction (primarily third-party contracting, though in some cases also direct development activities, mainly in real estate development and, at times, with a stronger focus on full-scale urban regeneration projects). Coccia Costruzioni confirms its position among the Top 70 private construction companies in Italy, ranking 16th in the 2024 standings, a result confirmed again in 2025. This achievement is complemented by the significant recognition obtained in the “Growth Champions 2025 – Construction” ranking, where the company secured 4th place nationwide.

On April 5, Florence hosted RE-BUILD IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT, a meeting dedicated to the theme of “building within the built environment.” The Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio witnessed a synergy between Coccia Vincenzo Srl, the University of Florence, and Capoferri Serramenti. This collaboration made it possible to bring the spaces up to current fire safety standards while preserving the priceless value of the heritage.
