On April 5, Florence hosted RE-BUILD IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT, a meeting dedicated to the theme of “building within the built environment.” The Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio witnessed a synergy between Coccia Vincenzo Srl, the University of Florence, and Capoferri Serramenti. This collaboration made it possible to bring the spaces up to current fire safety standards while preserving the priceless value of the heritage. The event marks a step forward in the preservation and renovation of historic spaces, thanks to an approach that combines safety, aesthetics, and functionality.
